‘I started in 2015 at Allstars as a head designer in the Hull department. Great cooperation and communication were immediate with both the colleagues and the company management, and I was able to make progress and rather quickly take more responsibility as I moved on to the post of project manager of hull design projects.
When in the beginning of 2021 the company decided, in line with its international market growth strategy, to strengthen its sales organization, I was thrilled to take the next step and challenge on my career, moving from the technical organization to sales.
